Launch Strategy - Based on your KPIs we build out a full launch plan with deadlines and timescales.
Consultancy Call - Once the basic concept is created by our team, our lead coach will book in a 2 hour 1-2-1 strategy call.
System Setup - Our team sets up all the backend systems, creates all show information and links through to all the major online platforms such as iTunes, Spotify, TuneIn, Google Podcasts, Stitcher.
iTunes Ready Artwork - Based on existing brand guidelines we create bespoke show artwork that adheres to online platform specifications.
Intro / Outro - Our production team will shortlist 5 fully-licensed theme music tracks that suit the audio brand of your show. Your selection is then sent to our professional voiceover artist to voice.
Full Production of Launch Shows - Our production team work on your 3 launch shows: the team trim the audio then do some post-production audio magic to make it sound great, the intro /outro is inserted and a finalised, ID3 tagged mp3 is created.
Uploaded and Scheduled - Based on your show launch timescales we upload the fully produced mp3 files and schedule the automated release.
Show notes - As part of the audio production process our team write SEO-friendly, keyword rich show notes with Call To Action clickthroughs.
Promotional Graphics Package - We create a range of graphics to share and promote across social media and online platforms as part of the structured 14 day promotional process we plan for each client.
Audiograms - Our audio producers will select 4 powerful clips from upcoming shows that work as standalone content and create sub-60 second video content.
Quote Graphics - 2 key quotes are taken from each episode and branded associated graphics act as pre-release content to drive show engagement.
